Nigiarian Chin – Chin Recipe

How do you love chin chin?⁣
Not too hard and not too soft eh? Trust me, I’ve got you covered on this one.

INGREDIENTS
* Flour 1250kg
* Butter 200g
* Baking powder 1TBS
* Sugar 1½cup
* Egg 2
* Salt 1tsp
* Milk powder 5TBS
* Nutmeg ½ball seed
* Vegetable oil deep fry
* Water to mix

METHOD
STEP 1. Sieve the flour into a bowl, add baking powder, sugar, nutmeg and salt in a bowl.
STEP 2. Add butter to the bowl and mix till it’s like breadcrumbs and make a hole at the center of the flour.
STEP 3. Pour little water and egg at the center of the flour and mix very well till is no longer sticky to the hand.
Allow to rest for some minutes.
STEP 4. Place on the table and knead, pour little flour on the table and roll out then cut into desired shape.
STEP 5. Deep fry till golden brown color.
This recipe is for medium chin- chin (no too soft or
hard)
